libfcgi-procmanager-perl software package provides Perl module to help manage FastCGI applications, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfcgi-procmanager-perl
libfcgi-procmanager-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfcgi-procmanager-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfcgi-procmanager-perl *
You will get with libfcgi-procmanager-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
